QuickTime 7 Pro is 32-bit and 32-bit software is no longer supported in Monterey. I'd really like to use the original QuickTime 7 Pro. Then you can delete the original from the Applications folder. To move an application out of the folder you now need to "copy" it (by dragging and holding the alt key down) first. Monterey has changed the permissions on the Applications folder. I'm trying to move an application out of the Applications folder but it just creates an alias. Monterey no longer supports PowerPC applications/the Rosetta environment. I'm trying to open an application but Monterey keeps popping up the message "You can't open the application your application name here because PowerPC applications are no longer supported". iSync is no longer included with Monterey. Front Row is no longer included with Monterey.
